Training Tools
I find a training pouch a must for training. A treat pouch is great for speedy reinforcement of treats. Plus a treat pouch keeps your clothes free of smooshed and forgotten treats.
Baby gates are a great management tool. They may be used during house training, keeping dogs separate during meal time, and many other uses.
Tubes are a great way to quickly reinforce with high-value treats. Just add your dog's favorite canned food.
A European/Hands-Free leash adds safety and ease to walks. When worn around your body (hands-free) it offers extra safety incase your dog tries to run towards something (Squirrel!). For large dogs I like this leash.
A video camera can help diagnose behavioral issues your dog may have. The Wyze Cam is great cost effective tool to remotely check in on your doggie.
A muzzle can be a helpful tool for reactive dogs. When trained with classical conditioning, your dog can learn to be comfortable wearing a muzzle. Please take your time training this behavior. Contact me with any questions.
A crate can help with house training and pet safety.
A harness is essential for walks. The Balance Harness and Freedom Harness are a great choices. Both offer two points of connection for extra safety and control.
Dogs that pull excessively or overreact to stimuli, a Gentle Leader my help. The Gentle Leader will increase your control without cuasing pain
A white noise machine helps mask environmental sounds. Helping dogs react less to noises.
Food Puzzles
Stuffed Kongs are a great way to keep your dog entertained. By filling up a Kong with treats, the dog will be occupied with something tasty when you leave the house or having guests over.
The Sticky Bone can be a great help for grooming. Just apply some peanut butter, easy cheese, and/or canned food and stick to a wall or bathtub.
Happy Howie's are a favorite treat for many dogs. I like that I can cut the size of the treats to match the size of the dog. Happy Howie's also comes in a selection of proteins
